Courses for this Fun Run will include a two kilometre walk/run, five kilometre walk/run, 10 kilometre run and 21 kilometre run.
    3. Capricorn Colour Event - High Tea with Em Rusciano Capricorn Colour Event brings you High Tea with Em Rusciano - beyondblue Ambassador and guest speaker - singer, writer and comedian.
    4. Capricorn Colour Festival - Fawltee Golf Day Capricorn Colour Event brings you the Fawltee Golf Day - Hilarious mayhem on the fairways with the Fawltee Crew back for the funniest charity golf day in CQ.
    5. Engineering for a Cause: Red Tie for RedR Engineers Australia Rockhampton Regional Group invites you to join them for their inaugural black tie event, to be held at the stunning Yeppoon Town Hall. A new addition on CQ's social calendar, this is an event not to be missed and will aim to raise funds in support of RedR Australia.
    6. The Great Australia Day Beach Party The Great Australia Day Beach Party is one of the biggest and best family fun days ever staged on the Capricorn Coast. Its the biggest and most popular family fun day of its kind in the region and has been consistently ranked as the third largest Australia Day event in the State.
    7. The Seahaven Village Festival The Village Festival is Central Queensland's major music and arts celebration. The Festival provides a diverse program featuring music, performing arts, visual arts, children's activities, street theatre, workshops, food and market stalls.
    8. Yeppoon Lions Tropical Pinefest This annual festival showcases the spirit of Central Queensland and attracts interest from the local and broader regional community. Events such as the Grand Street Parade, beach activities and fireworks display draw spectators from far afield, from Emerald, Gladstone, Marlborough and the local city, Rockhampton.

    1. Causeway Lake Markets The Causeway Lake Markets have a selection of products for sale. The beautiful Capricorn Coast is the ideal location for your weekend market experience with a variety of fresh and handmade products for sale. This feel good community market is a lot of fun with a sausage sizzle, jumping castle, causeway boat rides and plenty of fishing places - there's something for everyone.
    2. Fig Tree Markets The Fig Tree Markets are coordinated by the Keppel Coast Arts Council Incorporated; a not-for-profit community arts organisation. The Keppel Coast branch of the Queensland Arts Council is run entirely by energetic volunteers and has been operating on the Capricorn Coast since 1993.

    4. Yeppoon Community Markets It's worth braving an early morning wakeup call on Saturday to get your hands on the fresh delights at Yeppoon Community Markets. The crowd starts early, as casually dressed folk hunt for a bargain or snap up locally grown vegetables, fruit and flowers. The markets host around 50 stalls and are visited by up to 1,000 people each week.

    1. Club Marine Brisbane to Keppel Tropical Yacht Race The Club Marine Brisbane to Keppel Tropical Yacht Race is hosted by Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron (RQYS) and is the clubs signature offshore event.
    2. CQPhysio Group Capricorn Coast Running Festival The CQPhysio Group Capricorn Coast Running Festival is the most exciting and professional running event in Central Queensland. The event is held on the beautiful Capricorn Coast (Yeppoon Main Beach) during the October long weekend. The running festival features a Half Marathon, 10 kilometre Run, 5 kilometre Walk / Run, Mile Bolt and Kid's Dash. The event aims to bring the 'big city' running event features to a regional location, including electronic timing, professional SCODY singlets, pace runners, live entertainment, prize money, electronic registration, recovery areas and event / finish photography.
    3. Keppel Sea Kayak Symposium The second Keppel Sea Kayak Symposium will be jointly hosted by Paddle Capricornia and the Queensland Sea Kayak Club in 2014. The choice is yours: four days of doing as much or as little as you like on and off the water. Paddle all the Keppel group of islands or just a few. Listen to inspiring guest speakers share their knowledge and kayaking experiences. Each night, sit around a camp fire under stars within the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.
